Controller and contact
HRS Digital is responsible for processing carried out for the operation of the games. For any request regarding your data, contact hrsdigital9195@gmail.com.
Data processed
- a Firebase player identifier for guest accounts; if you choose email or Google sign-in, the information needed for that sign-in and your chosen nickname;
- online matches, moves, results, scores, rankings and statistics required for multiplayer features;
- settings, themes and local games stored only on the device;
- for advertising, technical data such as the IP address, device characteristics, advertising identifiers when their use is permitted, and interactions with ads;
- security and diagnostic data required to prevent abuse and operate the services.
The games do not request access to contacts, photos, the microphone, the camera or precise location.
Purposes
- provide local and multiplayer games, private rooms, matchmaking and rankings;
- secure the services, limit fraud and diagnose errors;
- remember preferences selected by the user;
- fund free versions through advertising, subject to the consent and choices available in the application.
Service providers and international processing
The games use Google Firebase for authentication, multiplayer features and regional ad routing. Firebase Hosting derives the country from the request IP and selects Yandex Advertising Network in Russia or Google AdMob elsewhere. AdMob may mediate Mintegral and Pangle when enabled for the application and ad format concerned. If routing is temporarily unavailable, the app uses country signals already supplied by the device without requesting precise location. Google UMP collects and stores privacy choices when a regulatory message is required. Ads may include banners, interstitials between games and rewarded ads started at your request. These providers may process data in several countries in accordance with their own data protection commitments. The applicable partner list and choices are available in privacy preferences.
Retention
Local preferences remain on the device until they are erased or the app is uninstalled. The Firebase profile and its associated data are retained until deletion. Upon deletion, the player's identifier is removed or anonymised in match history where preserving the opponent's result and ranking integrity requires it. Retention periods for advertising data are determined by the relevant providers according to their policies.
Your choices and rights
The game's settings or privacy centre provides access to advertising preferences when required. You can review your choices and withdraw consent. Profile and deletion features available in your version allow you to manage game data; you may also request access, correction, objection or deletion by contacting HRS Digital.
If you live in the European Union, you may also contact your supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
Children
These games are not specifically designed to collect children's data. Age, consent and advertising settings are applied in accordance with the declarations made in the stores and the platform rules.
Updates
This policy may change when features, service providers or regulatory requirements change. The update date will be shown on this page.
