Profile and data deletion
This procedure covers all Super Games 2D titles published by HRS Digital.
From the application
- Open the relevant game.
- Open Settings, then Privacy and Legal Notices.
- Select Delete my online data and confirm.
- Use Erase all local data separately if you also want to delete preferences and saved games from the device.
Online deletion removes the anonymous Firebase profile and dissociates the device from matches. The identifier may be replaced with an anonymous value in match history to preserve the opponent's result and ranking integrity.
Without the application
Send a request to HRS Digital, specifying the relevant game and any information that may identify the anonymous profile, if still available. Never send a password, identity document or banking information.
Confirmation or additional information may be requested to prevent deletion of another player's data. Requests will be processed within a reasonable period.
Data deleted or retained
- deleted: profile, anonymous Firebase session, ranking and the link between the identifier and the device;
- anonymised when necessary: player references in the history of completed matches;
- local data: deleted only from the application or the device's system settings.
