Terms of use
These terms apply to Super Games 2D titles published by HRS Digital.
Use of the service
The games are provided for entertainment. Some features, including multiplayer, matchmaking, rankings and advertising, require an Internet connection and may be temporarily unavailable.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not disrupt the services, fraudulently automate matches, falsify results, manipulate rankings or advertising, bypass security controls, access private rooms without authorisation, or harm other players.
Advertising and rewards
Free versions may display advertising. Themes, hints or other advertising rewards are granted only after the advertising provider confirms delivery. Artificial ad clicks and attempts to generate fraudulent impressions are prohibited.
Availability and changes
HRS Digital may correct, update, suspend or change a feature for maintenance, security, compliance or improvement purposes. Essential game rules and store information will be kept as clear as reasonably possible.
Intellectual property and third-party software
Original interfaces, artwork and content remain protected by applicable rights. AndroidX, Kotlin, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads and UMP are provided under their respective licences. Super Chess 2D includes Stockfish under the GNU GPL v3 licence; relevant licence and source information must remain accessible with that distribution.
